I hope that you understand why it is particularly disagreeable and frustrating to play against players who use a method of altering the game experience. We take measures to protect the equality and integrity of the Fields of Justice. We have explained the reasons of your suspension; we will not remove this the ban, we will not modify it, and we consider the matter definitively closed.Cordially,Bionicsx. I will post here from another section of deleted thread:The issue is with a voice modification in the game which does not necessarily exploit advantages is not considered bannable.
Usually Riot bans modifications that creates an advantage in the game. Riot can actually get into a shit ton of trouble if enough users suffer from this. An example of this was with a Kixeye game which banned thousands of players for a modification in the game which was not necessarily advantage, just a simple annoyance. A huge lawsuit came out over this since players spent money on this free game and received a perma-ban and Kixeye was forced to relieve the bans or pay players their full investment in the game plus more in money. The EU as well gives consumers rights that they cannot waive. Just as giving someone permission to kill you doesn't make it not a crime, agreeing to a EULA doesn't mean that you actually give up those rights. I'm still baffled that Riot are getting away with taking away bought products due to 'toxic behaviour', an entirely subjective term that they can basically apply at their leisure.
There's no way in hell that it would stand up in court and I hope to God someone takes it there some day just so that Lyte can be made a laughing stock trying to justify himself with his PhD.
